Digicall SA, one of the fast-growing CONTACT CENTERS based in Ampelokipi, Attica, on behalf of VODAFONE Group wishes to immediately hire in its manpower:

 

Telephone 1st Level Technical Support Representatives

Ad Code TS3

 

The holder of the position will work on behalf of Vodafone Group or a collaborating company in one of its facilities in Athens.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of technical problems (fixed telephony), IPTV, e-mail and internet customers
  • Information of the resolution process on pending open cases

 

Necessary qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of fixed telephony and configuration of internet equipment
  • Experience in telephone customer support
  • Familiarity with the use of PC in Windows environment (MS Office)
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships
  • Very good use of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule Monday – Sunday 07: 00-01: 00

 

Desired qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Siebel
  • Knowledge of Axiros (Acs)
  • Experience in a fixed telephony provider
