Digicall SA, one of the fast-growing CONTACT CENTERS based in Ampelokipi, Attica, on behalf of VODAFONE Group wishes to immediately hire in its manpower:

Telephone Customer Service Representative

(Incoming calls)

Position Code: CCv2

 

The holder of the position will work on behalf of Vodafone Group or a collaborating company in one of its facilities in Athens with the following responsibilities:

Position responsibilities:

  • Telephone support for consumer or corporate customers for the company’s products and services
  • Problem solving and customer satisfaction
  • First level complaints resolution
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers
  • Efficient and timely database update (CRM) after each call
  • Cooperation with the management team in order to inform about new products and changes of corporate policies

Necessary qualifications:

  • Graduate of I.E.K. or high school graduate
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Familiarity with the use of PC in Windows environment (MS Office)
  • Wiliness to work in a team
  • Ability to work in rotating shift hours Monday – Sunday 07: 30 – 23: 30

Desired qualifications:

  • Work experience in telephone customer service
  • Experience in a telephony provider
  • Knowledge of Oracle Siebel
